How does the implementation process of Moti® at a client happen?

We have developed a step-by-step process, led by a team which must always comprise:

  • Our chief project manager, who coordinates the efforts and who will be your main point of contact.
  • An experience HR consultant will handle the whole setting process and your training.
  • A technical referent, who will take charge of the entire technical installation and the go live process.

This team, or its members, will begin with a kick off meeting with you. The objective is to gather as much information as possible about your needs, understand them, and translate our results into tangible results, during the analysis stage.

This is followed by the technical stage, where we install the solution, which will be configured by our HR consultant. This is an important stage for the customisation of your software.

Eventually, we provide training to your staff before turning on your solution, after a battery of tests. We put the emphasis on human collaboration and long-term support. We stay by your side to ensure the follow-up, the support and keep your HR software evolving.

Is your solution adapted to all types of organisations?

More than adapting to all sizes of companies, our software solution also adapts to all types of activity sectors. As a matter of fact, among our customers, you will find:

  • Are you anticipating an evolution in your needs? (larger team, new departments). You can reach out to us, give us information about the foreseen evolution, and we will handle the necessary adjustments.
  • Your needs change very progressively? That’s fine, because we constantly monitor your usage of the software. As soon as we detect an inadequacy, we optimise the software to ensure it stays aligned with your current requirements.

Can we count on your support in case of difficulties?

Yes, we provide you with a constant solid support solution, aligned with our human-centred approach.

You have three options to reach out for help in case needed:

  • Online documentation, directly accessible via your software, such as informative articles and video tutorials. This allows you to find answers to frequently asked questions and remember all the basics.
  • A chat box giving you access to a human collaborator of our team, who will quickly reply. You may use it to ask questions to which you couldn’t find an answer in the online documentation.
  • The possibility to book a time slot directly into one of our consultants’ agenda.
